Reservations are available for quarter, half or whole beef shares for July 2025.

We LOVE that we can share Highland beef with you. Highland beef is a leaner beef with less marbling but with flavor that is delicious and very tender. It is 7% higher in protein and has less cholesterol than traditional beef.

Our cattle are raised on 90+ acres and are rotationally grazed allowing them to live healthy active lives. We do not give routine antibiotics or unnecessary vaccines.

We offer grass fed and finished beef as well as grass fed corn finished beef.

Reserve Your Beef Share

We have availability left of a 1/4 or 1/2 a beef that will be grass fed and corn finished. The processing date is July 9, 2025 and the beef will be ready for your freezer approximately 2 weeks later.

We understand that reserving a beef share can be confusing at first. We are here to walk you through the entire process.

How it works..

  1. Decide the amount of meat that works for you (1/4, 1/2 or whole). Pay the deposit (Venmo, Cash, Check or Zelle).

  2. We email you detailed instructions on how to choose the cuts you want and share a suggested cuts sheet. You fill this out and email it back to us.

  3. Keep you informed! We let you know when the beef is at the butcher and give you an anticipated ready by date (typically 2 weeks after drop off).

  4. Final payment is calculated once the beef is ready for pick up (10-14 days after drop off). Payment is due prior to pick up or drop off.

  5. You can either pick up the beef at your convenience in Evans, CO within 1 week of processing completion or we will pick up and drop off to you on a scheduled date/time.

  6. Have your freezer ready and ENJOY locally raised delicious BEEF!

1/4 Beef

Reserve a 1/4 beef for our next processing date. Our beef is processed at a local trusted USDA facility, Innovative Foods, in Evans, CO.

Choose your own cuts! We do our best to get you the cuts you want understanding that this is a shared beef.

COST: $7.00/pound on hanging weight plus butcher’s fee

*average hanging weight is +/- 100 pounds (your share) (example: $7/Ib x 100Ibs = $700 your cost)

*butcher fee is shared 4 ways averaging +/- $150 (your cost)

Approximately 80 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your beef share.

1/2 Beef

Reserve a 1/2 beef for our next processing date. Our beef is processed at a local trusted USDA facility, Innovative Foods, in Evans, CO.

Choose your own cuts! We do our best to get you the cuts you want understanding that this is a shared beef.

COST: $7.00/pound on hanging weight plus butcher’s fee

*average hanging weight is +/- 200 pounds (your share) (example: $7/Ib x 200Ibs = $1,400 your cost)

*butcher fee is shared 4 ways averaging +/- $300 (your cost)

Approximately 160 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your beef share.

Whole Beef

Reserve a whole beef for early 2026. Our beef is processed at a local trusted USDA facility, Innovative Foods in Evans, CO.

Choose your own cuts! Fill your freezer with all the cuts you love.

COST: $7.00/pound on hanging weight plus butcher’s fee

*average hanging weight is +/- 450 pounds (your share) (example: $7/Ib x 450 = $3,150 your cost)

*butcher fee +/- $600 depending on cuts (your cost)

Approximately 320 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.

A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your beef share.
