We LOVE that we can share Highland beef with you. Highland beef is a leaner beef with less marbling but has delicoius flavor and is tender. It is 7% higher in protein and has less cholesterol than traditional beef.

Our cattle are raised on 90+ acres and are rotationally grazed allowing them to live healthy, happy and active lives. We do not give routine antibiotics or unnecessary vaccines.

All our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished.

Reserve Your Beef Share

Our reservations do fill up fairly quick so please reach out if you are interested.

We understand that reserving a beef share can be confusing at first. We are here to walk you through the entire process.

How it works..

  1. Decide the amount of meat that works for you (1/4, 1/2 or whole). Pay the deposit (Venmo, Cash, Check or Zelle).

  2. We email you detailed instructions on how to choose the cuts (for half and whole). You fill this out and email it back to us. Quarter’s come with standard cuts.

  3. We keep you informed! We let you know when the beef is dropped a the processor. It is typically ready for pick up 2 weeks after.

  4. Final cost is known once the processor calls us with the hanging weight (usually 1 day after drop off). We then email you an invoice. Payment is due when you receive your meat.

  5. You can either pick up the beef at your convenience in Evans, CO within 1 week of processing completion or we will pick up and drop off to you on a scheduled date/time.

  6. Have your freezer ready and ENJOY locally raised delicious HIGHLAND BEEF!

1/4 Beef - Averages $800

Quarter beefs come with the standard cuts below, and can’t be customized. It is still a wonderful option with a great assortment of beef for a good price.

Includes: Ribeyes, Short Ribs, NY Strip Steaks, Tenderloin Filets, Sirloin Tip Steaks, Cube Steaks, Stew Meat, Ground Beef, Chuck Roasts, Chuck Steak and 1 small Brisket. *Organs, oxtail, marrow or soup bones upon request.

COST: $8.00/pound on hanging weight INCLUDING butcher’s fee. Average hanging weight is +/- 100 pounds

Approximately 80 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your beef share.
