Our Pastured Pork
Our pasture raised Kunekune pork is slow grown heritage pork raised with care for 12-16 months. The meat is red, marbled and studies showing it is proven to be higher in omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals than grocery store pork. Kunekune pork is truly delicious and is better for you than commercially raised pork. Our pork is processed at a USDA facility and is sustainably and ethically raised.

Whole Hog
Whole hogs are available to reserve for our next processing date. All pork is processed at a local USDA facility. We are happy to work with other local processors at your request.
Choose your own cuts! This means you get to choose exactly what you fill your freezer with.
COST: $5.60/pound on hanging weight
*average hanging weight is 145-165 pounds
Approximately 80 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.
A $150 deposit is required to reserve your hog.

Half Hog
Half hogs are available to reserve for our next processing date. All pork is processed at a local USDA facility. We are happy to work with other local processors at your request.
Choose your choice cuts! We will do our best to work with you to get your cuts of choice.
COST: $6.00/pound on hanging weight
*average hanging weight is 70-80 pounds
Approximately 40 +/- pounds of meat for your freezer.
A $150 deposit is required to reserve your half hog.
